A STAR TEAM
In the Spring 2024 semester, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic team of 11 talented individuals—significantly expanded from our initial team of 5 in Fall 2023. Each member was handpicked based on their impressive resumes, with the primary goal of collaborating on the planning, organization, and successful execution of our Professional Networking Night. Within the team, I appointed myself an assistant to oversee task completion. The event's success owes much to the unwavering support and dedication of these incredible individuals, who contributed tirelessly to everything from content creation to devising innovative marketing strategies.



TASKS
The committee was divided into two sub-committees:

Precision Planning Crew: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Venue Management, Transportation Coordination, Equipment and Supplies, Timeline and Scheduling, Safety and Security, etc.

Creative Promotions Unit: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Brand Development, Brand Consistency, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Data Analytics, Post-Event Analysis, etc.
