Hello there! I'm Anna Chen, a recent 2024 graduate from San Diego State University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Marketing Strategy.

 

Originally from the tropical paradise of Belize, I've always had a passion for cultural exploration and diversity, coupled with a keen interest in languages and linguistics. Through self-teaching, I've acquired proficiency in a variety of languages.

 

My entrepreneurial journey began early, working as a cashier in my parents' businesses since the age of 10. Raised by strict business-minded parents, I've developed a knack for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving, continually seeking ways to optimize business operations. Over the past 11 years, I've honed my skills in digital marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

 

To broaden my cultural horizons, I embarked on a study abroad journey to sunny San Diego, California, where I enrolled as an undergraduate at SDSU in 2020. My goal was to pursue higher education and establish myself as an industry professional in the field of business and marketing.

 

Beyond the professional realm, I'm an avid enthusiast of K-pop dancing and spent a decade competing as a hip-hop dancer. My diverse interests extend to singing, occasional drawing, staying fit, playing the piano, indulging in dramas, experimenting with cooking, exploring nature through hiking, retail therapy, savoring culinary delights, and traveling the world.

 

During my tenure at SDSU, I actively participated in the university's top two esteemed student organizations: Women in Business and the American Marketing Association. In these roles, I achieved notable milestones, setting new records and leaving a lasting impact.
